Order Lead Time and Guarantees

Please place your order at least two working days prior to your event. We will make every effort to accommodate last-minute requests, but this lead time is necessary to ensure that fresh ingredients and adequate staff are available. A guaranteed count is needed the day prior to the event if any changes occur from the original order.

Off-site delivery charge is based on miles traveled. All services are direct billed to your department code or can be invoiced and paid electronically.

Cancellations

We realize that emergency cancellations do occur and we will do our best to avoid any cancellation charges. If an order is cancelled at least 24 hours in advance, we can usually avoid any charges except for specialty ordered food products or perpared foods that cannot be utilized otherwise.

Service Information

Lunch tickets are not recommended for groups over 25. It is recommended that groups over 25 make buffet arrangements with the café manager.

Event quotes are available upon request; please contact the café manager.

Service Standards

Orders are served with high quality disposable ware. China, linens, flowers, decorations, wait staff and other custom services are also available at an additional charge. These charges would be quoted separately. Any unreturned catering equipment will be billed to the requesting party at full cost.

We would be happy to customize a special menu for you and your guests from cocktail receptions, luncheon buffets or special plated meals. Our chef can assist you with any special requirements to help make your event special.
